We say it to our educators every day in a hundred different ways, but today we shout it from the roof tops: thank you!
Thank you for teaching, for nurturing, for guiding, for loving these incredible children. For holding tiny hands in yours. For seeing first steps. For wiping away tears and cradling small, tired bodies. For reading book after book and listening to endless stories. For building mud pies and sandcastles and towers to be knocked over. For igniting a thirst for knowledge. For finding bugs and chasing butterflies. For giving of yourselves, to greatly enrich the lives of others and to change the future.

It won’t be long until those coats and beanies are exchanged for tees and sun hats, so we are soaking up every last bit of these deliciously icy days while we can! The children are always so refreshed and full of energy and ideas after these explorations - how lucky we are to be in such a beautiful spot. ... See MoreSee Less

Your gentle words and kind support have held many a child, parent, and educator in time of need. On your last day at the centre, we say the hugest, warmest thank you in the world, and wish you all the very best for your new adventures. Looking forward to sharing nibbles and drinks with you tomorrow! Thank you, thank you, thank you! ... See MoreSee Less

Yesterday, our toddlers braved the weather and went on a walking excursion to the oval. The gate was opened, and they ran and ran and ran on that green grass. Then home again to fill their hungry tummies with a warm lunch, and to rest their bodies in sleep. The perfect way to end the week! ... See MoreSee Less
Recognising and responding to any signs of illness or physical distress is an integral aspect of our role as educators, and tonight we again completed asthma training as part of our annual update of skills and knowledge. At this time of year with colds, coughs, and freezing air, it is good to be reminded of what to look out for, how to treat, and when to refer! ... See MoreSee Less
